Music. Community. Americana Spirit.
A Tradition, Reimagined
Since 1996, Freedom Fest has been part of how our community celebrates summer. What began as a single-day Fourth of July event has grown into a four-week experience with the same spirit and new energy. Four nights, one stage, all month.
The Rhythm of the Night
4:30 PM – Family Fun + Activities
5:15 PM – First Acoustic Set
6:15 PM – Final Set
What to Expect
Live, local music, family-friendly activities and giveaways, plus community and veteran organization spotlights.
Through our 250 Acts of Community initiative, Freedom Fest proudly honors those who have served. Veterans organizations are invited to participate throughout the series, while active-duty military members and retired service members are welcome to enjoy reserved front-row seating, share a short video memory as part of our Veterans Voices project, and take a commemorative photo during the event.
Come for one night or all four. It’s free to attend, all ages are welcome, and seating is first come, first served.
Each evening also features a curated lineup of local vendors and community partners that bring the full Freedom Fest experience to life. Guests can connect with local military and veteran organizations, enjoy face painting and family-friendly activities, and grab a bite or drink from a selection of beer, wine, and Americana-inspired food vendors. It’s designed to be more than a concert, it’s a place to gather, explore, and celebrate community together.
We’re currently welcoming a limited number of vendors, community organizations, veteran groups, and local partners to be part of Freedom Fest: Americana Thursdays at Orange Park Mall. Vendor space is limited.
