Code of Conduct


Security & Safety

At Orange Park Mall, the safety of our guests, retailers, and employees is our highest priority. Our dedicated on-site security team works closely with the Clay County Sheriff's Office to provide a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable shopping experience.


If you need assistance during your visit, our Security Team is available to help, including providing escorts to your vehicle during mall operating hours.

For everyone's safety, please:

  • Keep personal belongings with you at all times.
  • Lock your vehicle and secure valuables out of sight.
  • Park only in designated parking spaces. Overnight parking is prohibited unless authorized by mall management.
  • Service animals trained to assist individuals with disabilities are welcome throughout the shopping center.


Orange Park Mall, including its parking lots and adjacent outparcels, is private property. Management reserves the right to establish, interpret, and enforce all shopping center policies to help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Code of Conduct

Orange Park Mall is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for all guests. To help ensure the comfort and safety of everyone on shopping center property, we ask that all visitors observe the following Code of Conduct.


  1. Firearms: Firearms and other weapons of any kind are prohibited. 
  2. Youth Supervision Policy: Guests under the age of 17 must be accompanied by and remain with their parent or legal guardian, who is 21 years of age or older, at all times in accordance with the Orange Park Mall Youth Supervision Policy. 
  3. Pets: Pets are prohibited except for trained service animals as defined by applicable law or as otherwise permitted during designated shopping center events. 
  4. Smoking: Smoking, including vaping, is prohibited except in designated outdoor areas. 
  5. Dress Code: Appropriate attire, including shirts and shoes, must be worn at all times. Clothing displaying obscene, profane, or threatening language or images is prohibited. 
  6. Face Coverings: Face coverings that conceal a person's identity are not permitted except as required by law, for medical reasons, or as otherwise authorized by management. 
  7. Soliciting: Soliciting, distributing literature, petitioning, demonstrations, surveys, or other unauthorized activities are prohibited without prior written approval from management. 
  8. Disruptive Behavior: Disruptive, disorderly, or threatening behavior is prohibited. 
  9. Loitering: Loitering is prohibited. 
  10. Mobility Devices: Mobility devices used to assist individuals with disabilities are permitted. Skateboards, roller skates, roller blades, Heelys, hoverboards, bicycles, scooters, and similar recreational devices are prohibited. 
  11. Photography & Videography: Photography, videography, filming, interviews, or other commercial or media activities conducted without prior authorization from management are prohibited. 
  12. Alcoholic Beverages: Possession or consumption of open alcoholic beverages is prohibited except in designated areas. 
  13. Parking: Parking is reserved for Orange Park Mall customers while conducting business at the shopping center. Guests must park only in designated parking spaces. Overnight parking is prohibited unless authorized by management. 



Orange Park Mall reserves the right to deny entry to, or require any individual to leave, shopping center property whose conduct, in the reasonable judgment of management, interferes with the safety, security, or enjoyment of guests, tenants, employees, or the shopping center.

Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct, the Orange Park Mall Youth Supervision Policy, or any lawful request from management or security personnel may result in removal from shopping center property, suspension of shopping center privileges, and legal action.

Youth Supervision Policy

Orange Park Mall is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and family-friendly environment for all guests. To support this commitment, guests under the age of 17 must be accompanied by and remain with their parent or legal guardian, who is 21 years of age or older, at all times while on shopping center property.


Youth Supervision Requirements

Parents or legal guardians must be 21 years of age or older and may supervise no more than four (4) guests under the age of 17 at one time. 

  • Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the conduct of the youth in their care and for ensuring compliance with this Youth Supervision Policy and the Orange Park Mall Code of Conduct. 
  • Youth who are not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian may be denied entry to, or asked to leave, shopping center property. 


Identification

Mall management or security personnel may request proof of age and make reasonable inquiries to verify compliance with this policy.


Acceptable identification may include:

  • Government-issued driver's license 
  • Government-issued identification card 
  • Passport 
  • Military identification 


Identification must be valid, unaltered, and, when applicable, include a photograph and date of birth. Guests who are unable to verify compliance with this policy may be denied entry to, or asked to leave, shopping center property.


Employees

Mall employees under the age of 17 may be on shopping center property during their scheduled work hours. Employees must carry valid identification and, upon request, provide proof of employment. Upon completion of their scheduled shift, employees under the age of 17 must comply with this Youth Supervision Policy and the Orange Park Mall Code of Conduct.


Non-Compliance

Orange Park Mall reserves the right to verify compliance with this Youth Supervision Policy and the Orange Park Mall Code of Conduct and, in the reasonable judgment of management, deny entry to, require any individual to leave, shopping center property, suspend shopping center privileges, or pursue any other remedies permitted by law for failure to comply with
