Participants will also enjoy light group exercises and gentle movement activities, thoughtfully designed to accommodate all fitness levels — whether you’re easing into a routine or maintaining an active lifestyle. Walking in a climate-controlled environment makes it easy to stay consistent year-round, while the friendly group atmosphere adds motivation, accountability, and a sense of community. It’s a wonderful way to meet new faces, reconnect with neighbors, and start your Saturday feeling energized and positive. This event is free and open to the public, and no registration is required.
