From August 1–31, Florida shoppers can enjoy a full month of tax-free savings on back-to-school essentials. Whether you’re stocking up on supplies, refreshing your wardrobe, or investing in tech for the school year, now’s the perfect time to shop smart.
During this statewide tax holiday, the following items qualify for tax exemption:
- Clothing, footwear, and accessories priced at $100 or less per item
- School supplies priced at $50 or less per item
- Personal computers and accessories priced at $1,500 or less, when purchased for noncommercial, personal use
