Time Capsule Project

In celebration of 50 years serving the Orange Park community, we are creating a time capsule to preserve the memories, milestones, and moments that make Orange Park Mall special. And now, we’re inviting you to be part of it.

The Time Capsule Project officially launches on 904 Day – Thursday, September 4, 2025, as we kick off a month-long opportunity for the public to submit notes, photos, or small items that represent their connection to the mall and our community.

The time capsule will be sealed later this year and won’t be opened until 2075, when Orange Park Mall celebrates its 100th anniversary.

This is your chance to leave a message for the future and help tell the story of who we are today.

Submission Details:

Timeframe: September 4 – September 30, 2025
Location: Mall Office (near the food court entrance)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

How to Participate:

1. Write a Note or Memory
Share a personal message, reflection, or favorite mall memory.

2. Include a Small Memento (Optional)
Flat, small, non-perishable items like photos, ticket stubs, or artwork are welcome.

3. Label Your Submission (Optional)
Feel free to include your name, age, and date—or submit anonymously.

4. Submit Your Items
Drop off your items at the Mall Office during the submission period.

All contributions will be reviewed and thoughtfully preserved as part of this once-in-a-generation project.
