Paws and Poses is about to unleash at Orange Park Mall.&nbsp;Join us for a yoga class that’s less inner peace and more inner squeal. Our friends from LA Fitness will lead the class, and the adorable pups from our very own BFF Puppies will be there to add plenty of snuggles and tail wags along the way. Expect downward dog with actual dogs and plenty of playful interruptions. Bring a mat if you have one. Space is limited to just 10 participants, so <a href="https://www.eventbrite.com/e/paws-poses-puppy-yoga-at-orange-park-mall-presented-by-la-fitness-tickets-1984514303704?aff=oddtdtcreator" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">sign up now</a> before the spots are gone.
