OFFICIAL RULES
Eligibility:
The Soaring with Pride Photo Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Orange Park Mall, affiliated advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, or sibling) or anyone living in the same household are not eligible to win.
How to Enter:
Visit Orange Park Mall between June 1 and June 30, 2025.
Snap a photo with the Soaring with Pride display.
Post your photo publicly on Instagram or Facebook using the hashtag #SoaringWithPride.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate or incomplete entries will be disqualified.
Prize:
One (1) winner will receive a $50 Hot Topic gift card.
Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Orange Park Mall reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winner Selection:
All eligible entries will be reviewed by a panel of judges selected by Orange Park Mall. Entries will be evaluated based on creativity, expression of pride, and visual appeal. The winner will be contacted via social media direct message on or about July 1, 2025.
Publicity Release:
By participating, entrants agree to allow Orange Park Mall to use their name, photo, and social media handle in promotional materials without additional compensation.
General Conditions:
Orange Park Mall reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest should any issue arise that could affect the fairness or integrity of the promotion. Participation constitutes acceptance of these official rules and all decisions made by the judges, which are final.
