FREEDOM FEST 2022 RETURNS SATURDAY AFTER 2 YEAR HIATUS

Freedom Fest will take place Saturday, June 25 at Orange Park Mall, outside of JCPenney.  Entrance to the festival is free and gates will open at 4pm.   Guests are asked to bring lawn chairs and blankets; however outside food and drink will not be allowed in the event area and all bags will be subject to search.

This beloved annual event will feature a variety of local food trucks, veteran-owned businesses and crafters.  Other activities include a kid’s zone, silent auction benefiting St. Michael's Soldiers, a Veterans Lounge, beer and seltzer, plus a fireworks finale to end the evening.

The music begins at 4:30 pm with a presentation of colors by Clay County Sheriff’s Department Color Guard, followed by the National Anthem and the Navy Band Southeast’s Popular Music Group, “Pride”, followed by local favorite Cumberland and Crawford & Power closing out the festivities.

This event is made possible through partnerships with Double A Productions, WQIK 99.1, Santori Fireworks, Fields Automotive, Jacksonville Memorial Gardens and Clay Today.
